Congratulations to our level 6 team for competing at their first travel meet! We had quite the adventure trying to get everyone out to Florida with the snow storm, but luckily everyone was able to find a way there! For team awards, they were split in large and small teams depending on the number of kids on your team. Our level 6 team took 3rd place in the large team division with a score of 110.725!
Group 1
Yanet D. had a great meet! Yanet’s top scores include a 9.275 on floor, a 9.2 on vault and a 9.375 on beam! Yanet placed 4th on beam, 3rd on bars and 1st on vault! Overall, Yanet scored a 36.75 for 2nd place in the all-around!
Ashlyn C. stuck all four routines this meet! Ashlyn’s high scores include a 9.0 on vault, a 9.4 on floor, and a 9.5 on beam! Ashlyn placed 3rd on vault and 1st on beam! In the all-around, Ashlyn scored a 36.5 for 4th place!
Arianna D. had one of her best meets and upgraded her beam to include a back handspring! Ari’s high scores include a 9.25 on floor and a 9.45 on beam! She placed 5th on vault and 2nd on beam! Altogether, Ari’s all-around was a 36.1 for 7th place!
Group 2
Ella G. had her best meet of the season! Ella’s high scores include a 9.425 on floor for 3rd place and a 9.6 on beam for 1st place! Ella finished with her highest all-around of the season totaling a 36.175 for 2nd place!
Hattie S. made some big improvements for this meet! Hattie said her highlight of the meet was making the judges laugh when she did 8 sole circles in a row on bars. Her highest score of the meet was on floor where she placed 5th with a 9.35! Hattie’s all-around score was a 34.65 for 7th place.
Group 3
Maya K. had an amazing meet! She placed top 2 on three out of four events including all-around! Her high scores include a 9.125 on bars for 1st place, a 9.425 on floor for 2nd place, and a 9.525 on beam for 1st place! Overall, Maya placed 1st in the all-around with a 36.775!
Allison H. had some personal best scores on both floor and vault this meet! Her highest score of the meet was a 9.2 on floor and her highest finish of the meet was on bars for 5th place! In the all-around, Allison scored a 35.25 for 7th place!
Camilla T. worked hard on making improvements leading up to this meet! Camilla’s highest score of the meet was a 9.15 on floor! Her highest finish of the meet was on vault with an 8.875 for 3rd place! Camilla scored a 35.2 in the all-around for 8th place!
