- Awarded the rank of Master of Sport of USSR
- All-Around and individual events Champion of Belarus
- Over 23 years of coaching experience, including 1996 Olympian Olga Yurkina of Belarus, and Nadia Vysostkaya (participant of 2004 European Championships & 2005 World Championships)
- USA Gymnastics Safety and Meet Director Certified
